You’ve waited long enough.

It’s YOU time!

All persons welcome.

If you are a human, then you deserve a relaxing massage experience. Period. This includes all genders and all body types.

Mental Health matters.

Some people are not aware of what their body has been holding onto, until they feel safe enough to take a deep breath and relax. Some people are very aware of what they are holding on to. Crying on my table is not a requirement but is always acceptable.

Who is Mythos Massage?

Hi! I am Britnie. I have been a licensed massage therapist in WA state since May 2024 and am currently practicing in Whatcom County (Bellingham). I have taken multiple continuing education courses because I am a “nerd for knowledge”. I have breast specific training that allows me to practice undraped chest massage (with consent of course). I have taken a lymphatic drainage course, a Thai style class, and a variety of smaller training sessions. I am the proud owner of Mythos Massage, where we can focus on the mental health benefits of massage therapy.

I am passionate about the work I do and truly believe that it has the power to change lives. Very few of us learned how to properly relax, and because of this we get stuck in the “flight/fight/freeze/fawn” responses almost constantly. One of the great things about massage therapy is its ability to help our physical body turn off the stress response and turn on “rest and digest” mode, when our body can spend its energy repairing, instead of prepping for survival. There are many modalities of massage therapy and all of them have their benefits and are all important and needed. I focus on resting.
